The Android edition needs a tablet with an ARM processor (i.e. not the Intel processor),
and a minimum screen size of 7'' is recommended.
To start the download, you tap in the (Chrome) browser of the device on the link:

You best wait until the download (202 MB) is finished, then tap on it to install the app.
Since it is not a download from Google Play you will be asked once or twice
- depending on the Android version - if you actually want to download
and to install, which you confirm.
After the installation you see Acol Bidding in the Apps, either in alphabetical
order
(therefore rather at the beginning) or as most recent app (rather at the end).
